A professional services organization competing for large enterprise engagements, where the sales motion ran on slide decks that could not show the actual capability being sold.

Challenge

High-stakes sales pursuits running on static slides.

Enterprise pursuits were won or lost in the room, and the room was slides. There was no way to show a prospect what the delivered experience would actually feel like, or the systems behind it.

What we built

An interactive sales platform that let teams spin up a prospect-specific experience in hours instead of days of slide-building. In the room, the team could click out of the deck into a live experience tailored to the prospect, then pull back the curtain to show the systems powering it. It was used in 26 RFPs to influence $24M in revenue at a 77% close rate, and led to speaking engagements and expanded pursuits.
