Under the White Label model, AtomDigit designs, builds, and supports the AI system on behalf of your client, but the work is presented as your firm’s delivery. Your client interacts with you throughout. AtomDigit operates in the background as your engineering capability. The client knows the output is excellent; they don’t need to know who built it.
It varies by partner and engagement, but typically includes co-developing sales materials and capability positioning for AI services, participating in discovery conversations with your clients where technical depth is needed, and supporting the proposal process with scoping, estimation, and technical narrative. AtomDigit treats winning your client’s business as a shared objective, not something your firm does alone before handing work off.
AtomDigit works with each partner to establish a commercial structure that works for how their firm operates, whether that is a wholesale rate with partner margin applied on top, a revenue share arrangement, or a direct billing structure for co-delivery engagements. Pricing is discussed openly in the partnership onboarding process and structured to make the partnership commercially viable for both parties.
AtomDigit operates with full accountability for technical delivery. If a system isn’t performing as designed, we resolve it. If a scope assumption turns out to be wrong, we address it transparently rather than billing for the gap. Partnership engagements are held to the same delivery standards as direct AtomDigit engagements.
